South Africa don’t need drastic changes in T20 setup: Russell Domingo
Russell Domingo said that South Africa were outplayed by a powerful Australian side in the third and final Twenty20 International at Centurion on March 14, 2014. Australia beat South Africa by six wickets to win the three-match series 2-0.
The South African coach said that South Africa dropped a few catches in the three-match Test series and that cost them in the end as they lost 2-1. Domingo also said that his side fielded very well in the second T20I at Durban where the match was reduced to a seven-over-a-side contest that Australia eventually won.
But he did go on to say that Australia did outfield South Africa in their tour of the Rainbow Nation. But he did say that South Africa did not need drastic changes in their T20 setup. He said that South Africa have one in eight chances to win the ICC World T20 2014.
