IPL 2013: Rajasthan Royals vs Mumbai Indians Preview


It is the clash of two confident units. The upbeat Rajasthan Royals take on the formidable Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Both sides have started the Indian premier League 2013 well and would want to build on the winning momentum when they face-off The surface at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium has suited the fast bowlers this season and the Rajasthan pacers have exploited it well. Shanthakumaran Sreesanth leads the bowling attack and is supported by Siddharth Trivedi. James Faulkner and Kevon Cooper are crucial players for Rajasthan as they bowl their quota of overs and can also contribute with the bat. Thus, Rajasthan would mainly back their bowling on their home turf. Shane Watson showed that he is in good touch and would be the key with the bat. Brad Hodge is another important player in the batting line-up. Ajinkya Rahane and skipper Rahul Dravid are the anchors. Now, Mumbai's batting is in top form and would come to Jaipur a confident unit. Sachin Tendulkar did well in the previous game and that is a good sign. Diesh Karthik and Rohit Sharma have been amongst the runs and have been the key to their fortunes.
