Top six Indian batsmen scored atleast 25 runs on Day three of the first Test against Australia at Adelaide. This was the 12th in Indian Test cricket history this scorecard looked like this. Sandipan Banerjee writes more.

Indian batsmen have started the tour of Australia on a good note. The top six batsmen in their line-up have all scored at least scored 25 runs against the hosts on Day Three of the First Test at Adelaide Oval. This is the 12th time in the history of Indian cricket when Indian top six batsmen have reached 25 or more runs in the same innings. The time India had achieved this unique feet was way back in 1952 against Pakistan.

This is also India’s sixth such achievement away from home, and the second in Australia (the previous occasion dates back to 1985-86, when the Indian top six had all reached 25 at Sydney Cricket Ground). Here is the complete list of all 12 innings where the Indian achieved this feat.
