The seventh wicket pair of Jonathan Bairstow and Tim Bresnan added an unbroken 366 for Yorkshire against Durham at Chester-le-Street on June 29, 2015. All of them crossed 10, but none exceeded 40 â till Jonathan Bairstow (No. 5) and Tim Bresnan (No. 8) got together. Bairstow slammed 219 not out and Bresnan 169 not out to take Yorkshire from 191 for 6 to 557 for 6 and change the course of the match. The partnership was worth an unbroken 366.
It is currently the third-highest partnership for the seventh wicket in First-Class cricket and the highest for the seventh wicket in First-Class cricket in England. The highest still remains 460 between Bhupinder Singh and Pankaj Dharmani for Punjab against Delhi at Kotla in Ranji Trophy 1994-95 in India. At second slot is 371 between Mitchell Marsh and Sam Whiteman for Australia A against India A at Brisbane in 2014.
