Opposition demands PM Modi's resignation as Sachin Tendulkar gets troubled by British Airways
In a sensational development on Friday, British Airways turned into Maria Sharapova and dared ask Sachin Tendulkar his full name and as if this was not all, they even failed to confirm the wait listed tickets and didn’t deliver his luggage on time.
The fans back home were shocked and angry with this treatment to the god of cricket , Sachin Tendulkar and especially during Diwali times when Hindus worship gods with devotion. What happened when British Airways asked Sachin Tendulkar his full name
Tendulkar known for handling his composure and calm demeanour even when facing Aussie bowlers was also infuriated and took to Twitter saying he will never travel again by British Airways.
However, Arvind Kejriwal found a scam here. He has blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Great Britain for this treatment meted out to cricket legend. Kejriwal was quoted as saying, ”Modiji has gone to UK to strengthen our relations. Is this the way to do it? The British Airways are harassing our Little Master. I mean why does someone from Britain instead not ask what is the full name of Narendra Modi’s estranged wife? This is a scam by Modi govt to defame the only Indian who is more popular in Britain than Modi himself. By insulting Sachin, Modi wants to establish himself as the most famous Indian overseas. But I want to tell Modiji that Sachin’s record overseas is still better than your record and he has toured more countries!”
An infuriated Kejriwal then went on to tweet, ”We welcome Sachin sir to come and play All Stars Cricket league in Delhi. We will offer the best blue line buses to Sachin and make sure his luggage is delivered to appropriate hands!”
