Pakistan’s biggest victory in T20Is and 11 more statistical highlights from PAK-ENG only T20I at Old Trafford

The One-off Twenty20 International (T20I) between England and Pakistan was played at Old Trafford, Manchester. Batting first, England had good start with 56 runs being scored by their openers Jason Roy and Alex Hales. But after the fall of the first wicket, their scoring rate kept going down. They somehow managed to post a total of 135 with the loss of seven wickets. Thanks to Imad Wasim, Wahab Riaz and debutant Hasan Ali, who bowled exceptionally well and very economically, led to England collapse. Coming to chase, Pakistan openers had an excellent start as they were dealing only in boundaries in the start. Their first 36-runs came in boundaries as Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif kept on hitting English bowlers all around the park. Both the openers played fearlessly and ensured Pakistan’s record margin victory. Abhishek Kumar presents some interesting statistics from this record breaking match.
