It is Match 42 of the ninth season of Indian Premier League (IPL) as Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) take on Delhi Daredevils (DD) at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. This will be a crucial match as both the teams are among the top four positions currently in the points table. While SRH are sitting atop, DD have managed to acquire the No. 4 position and this match is sure to change equations of the top teams. Before the match, here is the likely XI with which David Warner might want to go with. FULL SCORECARD: Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Delhi Daredevils, IPL 2016, Match 42 at Hyderabad

Top-order: There is really not much to talk about the sorted top-order of SRH. The team has the very consistent skipper, Warner himself, opening the batting alongside Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan, whose form was in question towards the beginning of the tournament, has comeback strong with two brilliant performances back to back while Warner is occupying the second position in the list of top-scoring batsmen this season and is one of the strongest contenders of the Orange Cap. Following these two, comes out Kane Williamson who is considered among the most talented batsmen currently in the international cricket arena. With the three world-class batsmen placed one after the other, the top-order looks strong.

Middle-order: The middle-order consists of one name who carries a lot of expectations upon his shoulders— the name is Yuvraj Singh. Yuvraj, who suffered an injury earlier, has come around and joined the team recently. The batsman has already played a couple of crucial cameos to prove his worth and will be the pillar of the middle-order batting of SRH. Following him, comes out two other names in Moises Henriques and Deepak Hooda, both of whom are capable of hard-hitting. With these players backing up the powerful top-order, the batting order looks sorted.

Bowling: Bowling is a department that SRH can easily brag of, for they have one of the most effective and consistent squad. The attack is led by an experienced Ashish Nehra, who is exploring new avenues of bowling with every passing day. To complement his brilliant bowling, SRH has the services of Bhuvneshwar Kumar. The two get the support of the two talented young bowlers as Barinder Sran and Mustafizur ‘off-cutter-specialist’ Rahman are also member of the ‘Orange Army’. Moises Henriques is also an option that Warner can use for an over or two. One thing that can be a matter of concern for Warner is the comparatively weak spin-squad on Indian soil. The only experienced option that the XI currently have is in Yuvraj and the player was seen bowling an over or two in the nets.
