Younis continues piling up records for Pakistan

Younis Khan is in form of his life, and has been touching new heights regularly in recent times. Bharath Seervi lists some of the records and milestones he has achieved.
Younis Khan has had great run in the ongoing Test series against Australia. He has scored centuries in each of the three innings Pakistan has batted in. He scored 106 and 103 not out in first Test at Dubai, and brought up another century, his 27th, in the first inning of the second match. In the process, he became only the fourth Pakistan batsman to score centuries in three consecutive Test innings, and only the second player after Herbert Sutcliffe (in 1924-25) to score centuries in three consecutive Test innings against Australia.

In the second innings he scored an unbeaten 103 to become Pakistan’s most prolific century-maker in Test cricket. He became the seventh Pakistan batsman to score centuries in both innings of Test, feat which was first achieved by Hanif Mohammad in 1962 against England.
