Chris Gayle runs after Yuvraj Singh with a raised bat!

You just cannot keep Chris Gayle out of action. He is always the cynosure of all eyes be it with the bat or with his antics, dancing or banter. At the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday, it was Gayle antics which caught the attention during Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) match against Delhi Daredevils.

DD had piled a mammoth score of 187, courtesy Quinton de Kock innings of 69 of 39 balls and JP Duminy unbeaten 67 off 43 balls. Just after an over was bowled during the RCB run-chase, the rain started to come down heavily on the ground. Even as the teams ran to the safety of the pavilion, Gayle ran after Yuvraj with his bat raise as if it knock his head off. But it was all in good fun between the two who were once team-mates at RCB. It gave the crowd something to smiles about in the gloomy conditions.

The match was eventually abandoned and both teams were given a point each. Despite washout, RCB qualified for the playoffs and will play against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the eliminator at MCA international stadium, Pune on Wednesday.
