Gayle invitation

Cricketers and sports persons have never hesitated to step up for charitable cause. Chris Gayle is a playful character and often known for his humorous acts on and off the field. His activities attract a lot of eyeballs as he enjoys a huge fan following over social media. However there is a philanthropic side to the Jamaican and recently, he took some time off his busy Caribbean Premier League (CPL) schedule, taking an initiative to contribute towards the betterment of the society.

On Thursday, Gayle threw an open invitation for a charity match and fun day at Treasure Beach Sports Park. He tweeted:

It’s a venue where children can have a great time with plenty of playing amenities like bounce-a-bout, slides, mechanical bull and zip lining. Comedian Tony ‘Paleface’ Hendricks will also be present there and one can expect an entertainment galore. Later Gayle tweeted and mentioned his team players and appealed to more players to hop in and actively participate in the social cause. Since the Caribbean’s are known for celebration, so how can Gayle keep them away from it? In the same tweet he also mentioned about the big party which will be hosted after the charity match on the beach.
