Chris Gayle sings, ‘I am from Jamaica’

Chris Gayle is a character and no doubt, a proud Jamaican. His interests and ventures in music are well known. Last week, he posted videos of himself while enjoying a cab ride around the Jamaican streets and talking to random people. And now he turns to music.

With less than a week to go for the start of the Indian Premier League (IPL), players have begun taking preparation for the tournament. On the other side, Gayle, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and is known for his cool attitude and jovial nature, posted another video on Instagram of himself singing the song, “I am from Jamaica,” while travelling in the city of Kingston.

West Indies cricketers are known for their laid-back and fun-loving nature, Gayle truly tops the list. In the recently concluded ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, Gayle became the first man to score a double-hundred in a World Cup game. In the upcoming IPL, as usual the “proud Jamaican” will be one of the key players for the RCB.
