Cricket fraternity reacts to Tony Cozier death on Twitter
Tony Cozier, renowned commentator and one of the most prolific cricket writer passed away on Wednesday aged 75. He was having health issues and was ill in the recent times because of which he was under medical observation at Bayview Hospital in Beckles Road in Barbados. Cozier has covered almost every major cricket event since 1962. According to Nation News, Cozier was the lone voice in the commentary box from West Indies in 1960s, during their tours to England, India, Australia and New Zealand. Cozier studied the course of journalism at Carleton University in Ottawa. He also flirted with hockey and represented couple of local clubs in Barbados in cricket.
