India captain Virat Kohli is celebrating his 30th birthday today. It’s been over 10 years since the Delhi batsman made his international debut and over the course of his decade-long career so far, he has rewritten several batting records with unreal consistency.

Breaking records and setting new milestones is part and parcel of his each innings now. Just recently, he became the fastest in ODI history to 10,000 runs, breaking the record of batting legend Sachin Tendulkar in the process.

He has been achieving success since his junior career when he led India to their second ever ICC U-19 World Cup title in Malaysia. Just three years after breaking into the senior India squad, he was part of the squad that won the ICC World Cup in 2011 at home. So apart from several batting records, Kohli already has two World Cup titles against his name – one as a skipper, the other as a player.
He keeps on hitting centuries at an alarming rate. Already, he has 62 international centuries to his name – 38 in ODIs and 24 in Tests.

Considering his popularity, wishes have been pouring in on social media.
