Holi is the festival of colours. It’s also referred to as the festival of love. Basically a Hindu festival, it has now grown popular in all communities in South Asia and is mainly celebrated in India and Nepal. Also it’s celebrated within the Indian communities in West Indies, Fiji, etc.
On this auspicious day, India take on West Indies in a crucial match in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at Perth. India, so far has had an unbeaten run in the tournament and will look ahead to win their fourth game in a row.
While the players will be locked in the tussle at Perth, many from the world of cricket wished the fans “Happy Holi†through Twitter.
