Apparently, Umrigar pulled out of the contest on the morning of the match with a back pain. However, when it was announced that Trueman had also injured, Umrigar announced that he was available for the match. But some excellent work by the physiotherapist ensured Trueman was fit for the match. The moment he heard that Trueman was fit, Umrigar suffered another back pain and ruled himself out of the contest!
