ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: Points Table

ICC Cricket World Cup got underway on February 14 with New Zealand beating Sri Lanka at Christchurch. In the other match, Australia met England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). India will take on Pakistan on February 15 at Adelaide. ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: Full Coverage

The teams are divided in two pools and for every win a team gets two points and a tie fetches them one point.

This is the second World Cup to be hosted in Australia and New Zealand, the first being in 1992. The venues for the matches in Australia are Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Hobart, Canberra, and Brisbane. While in New Zealand, the matches will be played in Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Nelson and Dunedin.
