IPL 2015: Rajasthan Royals vs Delhi Daredevils at Mumbai, pick of the tweets

Rajasthan Royals (RR) take on Delhi Daredevils (DD) in the 36th match of the eighth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai on Sunday. This game will mark the 500th game of the IPL and also becomes their first home game at Brabourne Stadium for RR.

RR has faltered in their recent games and would like to restart winning while DD would look to continue the winning momentum. For RR, Ajinkya Rahane and Shane Watson will look to provide a good start. The team depends a lot on the opening pair. RR has a strong middle-order but Steve Smith hasn’t been in best of form. Karun Nair, Deepak Hooda and Stuart Binny have to start contributing with big scores.

The team has struggled to pick up wickets. Dhawal Kulkarni has been their premium bowler and will look to continue his recent form. Pravin Tambe has lost touch while James Faulkner too looks out of touch. Juan Theron played in the previous game and is set to seal his place.

On the other hand, DD have been over reliant on young Shreyas Iyer, who has been a prolific run-scorer for DD and will look to continue scoring, along with with Mayank Agarwal. Yuvraj Singh and JP Duminy are their match winners and will look to continue to do better.

In the bowling department, the return of Zaheer Khan has been a big boost for the team. In the previous game, Zaheer showed why he is still among the best. Nathan Coulter-Nile has also been a good bowler. With spin twins of Amit Mishra and Imran Tahir, in their side, DD are bound to pose a tough challenge for RR.
