It may be Christmas Day and festive season around the world but cricketers do have a national duty to fulfill. Every cricketer wishes to spend time on such occasions with family and friends but as the fixtures are scheduled long back, certain cricketers don’t manage to do so. As Australia will be locking horns with West Indies in the second Test at Melbourne on the Boxing Day, Warner was seen practising for the big day. But what caught everyone’s attention was his little daughter Ivy Mae, who accompanied him for the practice session on Christmas morning. Warner’s wife Candice took this delighting picture of daddy Warner and Ivy and posted on her official Instagram handle writing, “candywarner1I love you daddy @davidwarner31. You’re my hero. It’s every family members’ wish to see their favourite cricket star putting in the hard yards on the field and Ivy certainly seemed to have received her Christmas gift. Warner has been in good form and has been instrumental for Australia in Tests. He will be a Key player to watch out for in the second Test that begins on Saturday in Melbourne as his side will look forward to seal the series.
