Indian cricket team’s new Mr. Dependable Ajinkya Rahane completes one year of his marriage today. He got married last year to his childhood sweetheart Radhika Dhopavkar in a traditional ceremony. The demure cricketer, who’s a solid batsman with a watertight technique, took to social networking site Twitter to share how he looks back at the year that flew so quickly. Sharing his feelings with his fans, he posted a picture from his wedding and tweeted:

Rahane seems to be amused that the time has gone by so fast and he has already completed a year of companionship. He, however, will have no time to celebrate his first anniversary as he’s sweating it out at the preparatory camp ahead of the South Africa series in Bengaluru. The series, which begins October 2 with the first T20 international, will be an important one in Rahane’s career as he looks to further consolidate his position in the Indian team.
