Not many expected the young Sri Lankan side to shock the Indians in the first T20I at Pune. The No. 1 T20I side India were bowled out for 101 inside their stipulated 20-overs and Lankans chased it down with five wickets in hand. The green track helped the Lankan pace attack led by debutant Kasun Rajitha, who finished with three wickets.
Despite the absence of Virat Kohli, India have plenty of firepower in their batting armoury.
