Ravichandran Ashwin’s cute Twitter conversation with wife Prithi will make you smile!

Team India just completed a Test series win the Caribbean and like its other recent series wins, Ravichandran Ashwin had a major role to play in it. India’s ace spinner, who is also world’s leading all-rounder in Tests, scored runs and picked wickets to finish as the Man-of-the-Series (MOS). Ashwin took to Twitter and posted a message for his wife, asking her wasn’t his MOS award what she wanted from him before Ashwin left for the Caribbean? He wrote:

Little did the tall off-spinner from Tamil Nadu know that it will start a cute Twitter conversation between the couple. Prithi replied to her husband’s tweet asking ‘shopping list’, before replying in another tweet with ‘adengappa’, a Tamil word used to appreciate Ashwin’s effort.

Ashwin will have to wait for some more time to get back to his wife and little daughter in Chennai as India play two T20Is against West Indies in Florida, USA this weekend.
