Rio Olympics 2016, Day 3, Live Streaming: Where to watch live telecast

The 101st edition of the Olympic Games got underway at Rio de Janerio in Brazil on Friday, August 5, with a gala opening ceremony. Over the period of next 15 days, more than 11,000 athletes from 206 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) will compete for 306 sets of medals in 28 sporting events. The event, which is considered as world’s premier sporting event, will be witnessed by millions across the globe.

India too have sent an 83-member strong contingent to participate in different sports. These players will put everything on the line to win medals for the country and bring pride to the nation. Day 3 of the event will witness wide range of sporting action like shooting, archery, women’s hockey and swimming.

India’s bid for medals will start with 10m air rifle shooting and women’s archery at 5pm. More high-voltage action will follow later in the night when women’s 200m freestyle swimming will take place, followed by men’s 200m butterfly swimming.
