Ryan Harris and wife Cherie blessed with a baby boy

After tying the nuptial knot in late 2012, Australian right-arm pacer Ryan Harris and his wife Cherie announced the arrival of their newly born baby boy and named him Carter James Harris. It has been a joyful week for the Australian cricketers as Harris’s compatriot Shane Watson happily shared his new born baby daughter Matilda Victoria’s first photographs on Wednesday.

Filled with happiness, Harris took to micro-blogging site Twitter to announce the sound arrival of his baby boy and also congratulated his wife by calling her amazing.

The right-arm pacer has preferred to spend time with his wife over the ongoing West Indies tour. Moreover, Harris will eye to stay fit and fresh for the upcoming Ashes series, which starts in July.

The Australian, who will soon be turning 36, has went through a lot of ups and downs in his cricketing career but is resolute to carry on as long as his body permits.
