Congratulatory tweets followed from all over the world and even the great Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter to congratulate the young lad.

Even ace off-spinner Harbhajan Singh tweeted:

While there will be immense pressure on Dhanawade from hereon, it’s a huge boost for the young kid to be praised by the likes of Tendulkar. Dhanawade’s father is an auto driver from Kalyan who works very hard to make the ends meet and provide for his son’s cricket coaching.

Earlier, the Maharashtra Government announced that they would pay the expenses of his cricket coaching and education from hereon.
