It is not often that one gets to sit behind Sachin Tendulkar, but that is what Priya Prakash Varrier managed to pull off. Tendulkar, who co-owns ISL franchise Kerala Blasters was in the specialty box along with Varrier and other dignitaries. Varrier took to micro tweeting site Twitter to share her excitement and amusement at being in present along side Tendulkar. Priya was at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi with co-actor Roshan Rahoof and her younger brother all donning Kerala’s yellow jersey.

Tendulkar’s team Kerela Blasters are second from the bottom in the ISL standing. Priya took India and the world by storm after a clip from her debut movie ‘Oru Adaar Love’ went viral.
