Sachin Tendulkar wishes Brendon McCullum on his retirement

New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum is all over the news as he has called it a day from international cricket after the conclusion of second Test between New Zealand and Australia at Christchurch.  McCullum was congratulated by many cricketing greats on his retirement.

Indian legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar who is also one of the most active cricketers on social media took this opportunity to congratulate McCullum and express his views about him. Tendulkar tweeted saying, “Head held high you walk into retirement, Baz. Congrats on the fantastic career. Ever on the front foot to entertain. Enjoyed watching you!”

Tendulkar wrote some golden words which McCullum would have definitely enjoyed on his retirement. Tendulkar has been a well wisher and motivator for many athletes and sportsperson across the globe; he is often seen sending good wishes to players on their achievements.

McCullum will be remembered for his outstanding run and explosive batting in cricket. His captaincy too will be dearly missed by New Zealand as his approach has been attacking yet effective.
