Sanjay Manjrekar gets trolled by Twitterati for backing Piers Morgan

British journalist, Piers Morgan, recently found himself in the centre of controversy when he tweeted his thought about India’s performance at Rio Olympics 2016. He tweeted:

Morgan’s tweet enraged the Indian fans as they left no stones unturned in lashing out the British journalist. Morgan also got into Twittter battle with many and some renowned names like Virender Sehwag, Chetan Bhagat, etc. To add fuel to the fire, former Indian cricketer and commentator Sanjay Manjrekar backed Morgan and tweeted:
