The spiritual side of Chris Gayle
The spiritual side of Chris Gayle
Chris Gayle has been the centre of attraction and has been in the news in the recent times for his on air interview with Channel Ten journalist Mel McLaughlin during the Big Bash League between Melbourne Renegades and Sydney Thunder. Gayle asked Mel for a drink after the match which created a lot of controversy in the fraternity and the former had to face some serious consequences.
But the ever smiling left-handed maverick knows how to be happy in worst of the situations. Gayle on this occasion gave a testament to his spiritual side as he clicked a scenic picture but what made it more interesting is the captions. He posted the picture on his official Instagram account and wrote, “chrisgayle333 Lord, If someone hates me for my happiness, I pray that you send them happiness so that they completely forget about mine. #UniverseBoss”
Gayle may have turned some people against him with the instance with Mel; there might be few haters for the World Boss now. But he certainly seems to have a good heart and wants them to be happy. Gayle is a party animal; his dictionary has no word called sadness or sorrow.
Gayle’s batting has not been much effective for his side Melbourne Renegades in last couple of matches. He will be keen to prove his worth in the shortest format of the game with some scintillating innings in the matches to come. Renegades are scheduled to play Sydney Thunderon Saturday and the contest will be an interesting one.
