But recently, he shared with his fans and followers what kept him motivated all along his journey in cricket. The highest wicket-taker for India in Tests and ODIs took to Twitter to share his source of inspiration.

Kumble has been involved with cricket even after his retirement. He has mentored the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and recently was reappointed as the head of ICC cricket committee.
