Soon after he arrived from Australia in February, Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja got engaged to Reeva Solanki, who is a mechanical engineer. The event was held at Jadeja’s restaurant ‘Jaddu’s Food Field’ in Rajkot. The couple is set to tie the nuptial knot on April 17.

Ahead of the wedding, Jadeja’s father-in-law gifted the cricketer an Audi Q7. An elated Jadeja went to receive the car along with his fiancée Reeva, where ABP News interviewed him. Jadeja said that he hopes that everyone gets a father-in-law like his but also said it is very important that the two families bond well for marriage. ABP posted the video:

Jadeja did not have a great ICC World T20 2016 as India crashed out in the semi-final after a loss against the eventual champions West Indies. Jadeja will be now playing for new IPL side The Gujarat Lions in the ninth edition of the tournament. The all-rounder is the local boy of the Rajkot-based side, which will play its first game against Kings XI Punjab at Mohali next Monday.
