Former Indian pacer Zaheer Khan and Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge got married on early morning of November 23. Their wedding reception will take place on November 27, at Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai. Zaheer and Sagarika were seen together at Yuvraj Singh’s wedding last year, before making an official announcement. They then got engaged on May 24. The newly married couple picture was shared by a mutual friend Anjana Sharma.

Sagarika’s friend and Chak De India’s co-star Vidya Malavade shared the images of Sagarika’s wedding card and her jewellery on Instagram.
Zaheer played India for 14 years, while Sagarika has acted in seven movies, with Chak De India being the most famous of all. She calls her role in Chak De and her relationship to be ironical.
“More than me, a lot of people think of it like, ‘Oh my God, she is actually marrying a cricketer because she dated a cricketer’. But that was a movie, this is my real life. So, I don’t know how I can associate both.†Sagarika told The Indian Express.
