दृष्टिबाधित विश्व कप जीतने पर सचिन तेंदुलकर, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने टीम इंडिया को बधाई दी

शारजाह में खेले गए दृष्टिबाधित विश्व कप के फाइनल मैच में पाकिस्तान को 2 विकेट से हराकर भारतीय टीम ने लगातार दूसरी बार खिताब पर कब्जा किया। जीत के बाद से ही भारतीय टीम के लिये बधाईयों का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी टीम इंडिया को बधाई दी। मोदी ने अपने ट्विटर हैंडल पर लिखा, ‘‘हमारी क्रिकेट टीम को 2018 दृष्टिबाधित क्रिकेट विश्व कप जीतने के लिए बधाई। उन्होंने देश को गौरवान्वित किया तथा अपने खेल और शानदार रवैये से हर भारतीय को प्रेरित किया। सही मायने में वो चैम्पियन हैं।’’

महान भारतीय क्रिकेटर सचिन तेंदुलकर ने ट्वीट किया, “जहां चाह वहां राज, किसी ने सही ही कहा है जब मन में कुछ करने की इच्छा हो तो रास्ता मिल ही जाता है। टीम इंडिया को सलाम, फाइनल में जीत के लिए उन्हें दिल से शुभकामनाएं।” भारतीय स्पिन गेंदबाज हरभजन सिंह ने भी टीम की तारीफ की। उन्होंने लिखा, ‘‘टीम इंडिया ने शानदार जीत दर्ज की है। दृष्टिबाधित क्रिकेट विश्व कप खिताब जीतने के लिए बधाई। पूर्व बल्लेबाज वीवीएस लक्ष्मण ने लिखा, ‘‘नेत्रहीन क्रिकेट विश्व कप जीतने के लिये भारतीय टीम के प्रत्येक सदस्य को बधाई।’’

बंगाल क्रिकेट संघ ने भी विश्व कप जीतने के लिए भारतीय नेत्रहीन टीम को बधाई दी। कैब के संयुक्त सचिव अभिषेक डालमिया ने कहा, ‘‘लगातार कोई भी विश्व खिताब हासिल करना कभी भी आसान नहीं है। हमें उम्मीद है कि बीसीसीआई इस तरह के प्रतिभाशाली क्रिकेटरों को प्रोत्साहित करने और बढ़ावा देने के लिये कदम उठाने पर विचार करेगा।’’
