Services folded up for 31 against Baroda in Group B Ranji Trophy 2013-14 match at Baroda’s Reliance Stadium on Monday, narrowly avoiding being bowled out for the lowest First-Class score in India — 21 by Muslims versus Europeans in 1915-16 and 21 by Hyderabad against Rajasthan in 2010-11.
Fast bowler Munaf Patel did most of the damage, registering figures of 10-4-13-6 to go with his four for 38 in the first innings. Thanks to Munaf, Baroda won the match by an innings and 147 runs.
