Mehidy grabbed career-best figures by dismissing Shimron Hetmyer (39), Shane Dowrich (37), Devendra Bishoo (1) and Kemar Roach (1) before Shakib dismissed the last man Shermon Lewis to end the innings in 36.4 overs.
