Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batsman AB de Villiers dedicated his blistering innings of 133 of a mere 59 balls to his mother, mother-in-law as well as his wife, who is a mother-to-be, on the occasion of Mother’s Day. De Villiers made the dedications during the post-match presentation ceremony of Match 46 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 between Mumbai Indians (MI) and RCB at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday. The South African ODI skipper smashed 19 boundaries and four sixes during his stay at the crease, that propelled RCB to a score of 235 for one after 20 overs. De Villiers added an unbroken 215-run partnership for the second wicket with Virat Kohli (82 not out), a new world record in Twenty20 cricket. The target was always going to be a difficult one for MI to chase, who eventually fell 39 runs short of the RCB total as they finished at 196 for seven.
