England opening batsman Alex Hales has been roped in by Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) franchise Duronto Rajshahi at an auction on Thursday.
According to a report in The Telegraph, the Nottinghamshire batsman was bought for $62,000 (£38,400) by Duronto Rajshahi, one of the seven franchises in the T20 league.

Earlier, the Professional Cricket Associations (PCA) chief executive Angus Porter had expressed concerns over the participation of English cricketers in BPL as the T20 league has been in the news for wrong reasons like corruption or non-payment of the payers.
