Arjun Tendulkar's destructive batting powers team to victory in Cadence Trophy

Arjun Tendulkar on Friday emulated father Sachin as he hit two monstrous sixes in Cadence Trophy to help his team win the match by eight wickets.

The child prodigy scored 65 unbeaten runs which came off just 39 deliveries. The southpaw stuck 12 boundaries and two big sixes in the stands to score his half-century.

According to a report in Daily Bhaskar, both the sixes hit by Arjun were believed to have gone out of the park in the under-13 match played in Pune, and also the umpires had to get a new ball both the times.

Arjun was average in his fielding but his powerful batting earned him the Man of the Match award on Friday.

Arjun has been in the limelight recently for some eye-catching performances aprt from being the son of the most popular cricketer in the country. Many have often questioned whether Arjun will rise above the pressure of expectations?

But the southpaw has always proven his talents on the fields and also, according to many cricket experts at times even emulated his father.
