Asela Gunaratne ruled out of Bangladesh T20Is

Asela Gunaratne, who is in the 15 member squad ready to take on Bangladesh in the two T20 games, starting Thursday, is injured and will not play in both games.

He has sustained an injury in his right arm, while diving during one of the fielding drills and getting his arm caught in an awkward position.

Gunaratne will return to Colombo on Thursday and will attend for a MRI scan and start the rehabilitation process.

No replacement will be sent.
