Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) confirmed that Kusal Janith Perera who was included in the One Day International (ODI) squad against Bangladesh has sustained a left hamstring during a practice match on 22nd March at the Colombo Cricket Club. He has been advised to rest and will not be available for the first two ODI’s. The first ODI is on 25th (Saturday) and the second is on 28th (Tuesday). Both matches are to be played at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium. Milinda Siriwardene, has been recommended as a replacement for him for the first two ODIs.
