Tamim Iqbal reached his sixth Test century off 150 balls in the third Test match played between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe at Chittagong on Wednesday. Tamim earlier struck a century in the second Test match played at Khulna when he went on to score 109 runs. He looked solid from the start looked poised for a big score.

Bangladesh were in a commanding position in this Test match. They had earlier taken a 2-0 lead in the three match Test series. Bangladesh had earlier won the toss and elected to bat first. Imrul Kayes and Tamim Iqbal gave a solid start to the team. Both the openers also completed there half-centuries.
