‘Bharat’s response to…’: Harbhajan Singh’s viral social media post after Indian Army strike terrorist camps in Pakistan

Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh went on to his social media account and praised the Indian Armed Forces for successfully initiating the 'Operation Sindoor'.

Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh went to social media to praise Indian Armed Forces for successfully executing ‘Operation Sindoor’ and striking nine anti-Indian terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). This attack was initiated as a response to the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed lives of 26 people on April 22.

As he wrote on his official X (formerly known as Twitter) account, Harbhajan Singh hailed the Indian Army while stating that Operation Sindoor is India’s response to the brutal Pahalgam attack, which claimed lives of lot of innocent tourists.

Speaking about the Operation Sindoor, on the early morning of May 7, the Indian Armed Forces launched ‘OPERATION SINDOOR’ to attack terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and areas of Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorists would plan and direct attacks against India. This initiative was taken by Indian government as a response to the Pahalgam terror attack.

On April 22, terrorists launched an attack on civilians in Pahalgam, a tourist place in Jammu and Kashmir. This was one of the most cruel attacks on terrorists since 26/11 attack in Mumbai in 2008. Before the Operation Sindoor was initiated, India had suspended the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan, and had closed the Attari-Wagah border while ordering Pakistan nationals to leave in 48 hours as well.
