Big Bash League 2014-15: Nathan Lyon saves umpire from getting hit

It was flighted delivery offered by the Australian off-spinner Nathan Lyon and Adam Zampa who was batting to save the Adelaide Strikers from a humiliating defeat in the first semi-final of the Big Bash League (BBL) smacked it straight back towards the bowler.The ball was in correct line to hit the umpire but Lyon was alert and grounded after completing his bowling action and took a simple catch but the Umpire fell down just as an precautionary measure but it end it was all alright.

Syndey Sixers entered the final of the BBL by beating Adelaide Strikers by a huge margin of 87 runs. Nic Maddinson scored 87 runs from Sydney Strikers.
