Fans have been eagerly waiting for the schedule of the 2025 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and it finally looks like that their wait is set to end.

The schedule for the upcoming season of the league will be announced on February 16, Sunday. Star Sports India announced about this on their official X account.

The upcoming season will be the 18th edition of the league which is set to kick-off in March. Following the surprise announcement regarding the schedule, fans seem to be incredibly excited.

The previous edition of the IPL saw the Kolkata Knight Riders emerge victorious and lift their third title by beating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final which was held at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad.
