Chennai Super Kings reached 101 for five after 17 overs as they look to pick up after a poor start in their their CLT20 2014 match against the Perth Scorchers. MS Dhoni was batting on 13, accompanied by Ravindra Jadeja on 13 as CSK now look to increase their scoring rate in this must-win clash.

Bravo smashed a six and a four each to score 27 off 26 balls and was cleaned up by Turner in the 15th over of the game. Chennai were 82 for five after 15 overs in the 15th match of the ongoing T20 tournament.

Earlier, Adam Voges had won the toss and elected to bowl first. With the rain around in the air and the possibility of the the Duckworth-Lewis equations coming into play, it was the right decision. They made one change to the side as Michael Beer came in place of Jason Behrendoff. Chennai brought in Mithun Manhas and John Hastings for Faf du Plessis and Ishwar Pandey.
