India’s Cheteshwar Pujara was dismissed for a five-ball duck on his Yorkshire debut innings against Worcestershire played at County Ground, New Road, Worcestershire. Worcestershire were bowled out for 311 on Day 2 for the four-day county match. Jack brooks and Tim Bresnan picked up five and three wickets apiece for Yorkshire.  Cheteshwar Pujara gears up for extra responsibility at Yorkshire

In pursuit of knocking 311 runs down, opener Will Rhodes was dismissed for a duck in the second over, which got Pujara out to the crease. Pujara did not last long as he was dismissed by Gareth Fell caught by Tom Fell. Pujara decided to skip the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 and focus on the longer format instead. Pujara was however unsold in the IPL, but he has played in the tournament for Kolkata knight Riders (KKR), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). Pujara played the 2014 county season with Derbyshire. Cheteshwar Pujara joins Sachin Tendulkar’s former county club Yorkshire
