Royal Challengers Bangalore lost their first wicket when Chris Gayle departed for a score of 21 off 16 deliveries after getting caught by Ashish Reddy off the bowling of Praveen Kumar during the eighth match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Bangalore on Monday.  Live Blog: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Sunrisers Hyderabad

Gayle was caught at the deep backward square-leg region after a decision by skipper David Warner to bring Praveen into the attack worked for the visiting team. Gayle had earlier struck three fours and a massive six over the bowler’s head, which turned out to be his 200th six in the cash-rich league.  Live Scorecard: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Sunrisers Hyderabad

Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper David Warner earlier elected to put Royal Challengers Bangalore to bat after winning the toss. The Sunrisers decided to replace Ishant Sharma and Parvez Rasool with Praveen Kumar and Ashish Reddy, especially after Ishant went for 46 runs from three overs in the previous game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). RCB, on the other hand, decided to keep their playing eleven unchanged. Free Live Streaming: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Sunrisers Hyderabad

David Warner, on the other hand, top-scored for his side in the previous match and will hope to repeat the feat in a winning cause this time. IPL 2015: Complete Coverage
