CLT20 2014: TM Sampath replaces Tillakaratne Dilshan in South Express squad

Tillekaratne Dilshan‘s younger brother TM Sampath has been named as the replacement for in the South Express team which will participate in the Champions League T20 (CLT20) 2014 which starts from September 13.
The official twitter handle of the Srilanka Cricket Council ( SLC) confirmed the news on Friday. Earlier, Dilshan backed out of the CLT20 sighting “personal reasons”. Brother Sampath is quite similar to Dilshan on his playing compass, occasional off-spinner and top-order batsman he will take this opportunity gifted by his brother as a great boon to his career.

Southern Express will take on Northern Knights at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium here on September 13 before locking horns with tougher opponents Lahore Lions and Mumbai Indians.
