CLT20 2014: We need to work on our fielding, says Barbados Tridents’ Raymon Reifer

Raymon Reifer who led the barrage against Kings XI Punjab in the Champions League T20 (CLT20) 2014 match feels his team has to work on their fielding.

“Fielding will definitely be an area that we would be working on. Kings have a solid batting line-up. If we had taken our chances God knows what could have happened.” told Reifer in an interview with clt20.com.

Reifer was the shining spot in the Tridents batting line-up after they posted a respectable total of 174.

“In the beginning we just tried to get to 170 and then anything over that was a bonus. In the beginning I just tried to give myself a little time because I know I can make up in the end. And I tried to rotate the strike as much as possible.

“It was kind of hard to judge what target we wanted to give them and to be able to defend because they have a really strong batting line-up. They have some very dangerous players.”
