Pakistan batsmen, Shahid Afridi and Wahab Riaz were dismissed for 22 by Mohammed Shami after being caught by Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni respectively in the 35th over against India in the opening encounter of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Sunday. It added more pressure on their chase as Pakistan are 154 for the loss seven wickets in 35 overs with Misbah-ul-Haq batting on 31 off 48 and Yasir Shah joining him in the chase. Earlier, India chose to bat first after winning the toss. India went in with their preferred combo of three seamers and two spinners, with Ravindra Jadeja making the cut ahead of Akshar Patel, while Mohit Sharma got a game ahead of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
