David Warner, Shikhar Dhawan complete 50-partnership during IPL 2015 Match 48 between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab

David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan brought up the 50-run opening partnership for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 game against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Monday. SRH earlier won the toss and elected to bat. Skipper David Warner announced three changes for his playing eleven — KL Rahul, Bipul Sharma and Trent Boult in place of Praveen Kumar, Ravi Bopara and Parvez Rasool. KXIP, on the other hand, opted to go for the same team as the one in their previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). While SRH aim to keep their hopes of qualifying for the playoffs alive with a win, KXIP will be happy to settle for a consolation victory after being eliminated from the ongoing tournament with nine defeats from 11 games.
